GRP CHEMICAL-FREE PRINTING PLATE

Zeg's chemical-free plates meet all the known chemical-free standards while offering ultra-high printing performance. They eliminate plate washing, saving you money on the extra equipment, chemicals, water, and energy it requires. They also eliminate unnecessary labor and help maintain environmental sustainability.

  • Product: Printing plate that does not require chemicals, mold that does not require any residue removal system
  • Application: Sheet-fed, packaging, web and all UV printing applications
  • Surface: Electrochemical grained and anodized aluminum substrate
  • Size: 0.15, 0.20, 0.30, and 0.40 mm
  • Spectral sensitivity: 800 – 850 nm
  • Recommended developer: Compatible with all mold applicators on the market
  • Required laser energy: 90 to 120 mJ/cm²
  • Resolution: 1 to 99% @ 200 lpi and up to 450 lpi depending on the capability of the FM20 compatible imaging device.
